Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Maple Arcade collects through website-test6.cabid.net, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and its information privacy principles.
What we collect
Only what you hand us, plus the minimum our server needs to work:
- Enquiry details — the name, email address, topic, city and message you type into the contact form.
- Session data — a temporary session identifier that keeps the form's security token valid and remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.
- Server records — our hosting provider records IP addresses and request times as part of standard web server operation.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your message, to check and correct listings, and to keep the website secure and functioning. That is the whole list. We will not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Who else sees it
Our crew, and our hosting provider as a consequence of storing the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We would disclose information if a New Zealand law required it of us, and we would tell you unless we were prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for one year so we can follow up on a recurring annual event, then deleted. Session data disappears when you close your browser.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions carry a per-session security token, and access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold card data or identity documents, which keeps the stakes low.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to hello@website-test6.cabid.net and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Children
Casino floors in Canada are age-restricted (19 in most provinces, 18 in AB, MB and QC), and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the review date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than applied quietly.
